Mobile operator Three UK claims that the average monthly data consumption of its Mobile Broadband customers has effectively doubled from 450MB (MegaBytes) one year ago to 1.1GB (GigaBytes / 1100MB) today. They’ve even done a video to celebrate.
Furthermore the network, which has built a strong reputation for being data-focused – thanks to its “all-you-can-eat” style packages, reports that 95% of its Smartphone customers now use data (internet access) on a daily basis.

To celebrate this Three UK has created a new video, which sees the operator claiming to offer an “uber-fast beefcake of a network“. So we’ve had “super-fast“, then “ultra-fast” and now “uber-fast” too; though we’ve no idea how that last one is to be defined.
