Ultrafast urban-focused ISP Hyperoptic, which operates a 1000Mbps capable Fibre-to-the-Building (FTTB/H) network across parts of 12 cities in the United Kingdom, has announced another new promotion by offering 3 months of completely free fibre optic broadband and phone service to those they cover.
The ISP generally has limited availability in specific parts of Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Cardiff (Wales), Bristol, Reading, Glasgow, London, Newcastle, Sheffield, Birmingham and Nottingham (predominantly focused on apartment blocks), although most of those cities are only in the early deployment phase and thus the majority of their coverage is still focused on London.
Otherwise the new “Buy now, and pay nothing until next spring” promotion is expected to be available for new subscribers to order until 31st December 2014 and the ISP has even setup a special page to highlight the offer.
As usual there’s a 12 month contract term to consider and the promotion includes a free installation and connection. Prices for the basic 20Mbps service typically start at £25 per month (after the 3 months free period) and this also includes unlimited usage, free evening and weekend calls and a free wireless router.
