Internet provider TalkTalk has begun offering their ‘up to’ 38Mbps capable “Superfast Fibre Broadband” (FTTC) package at half price for its entire contract term (£8.75 per month instead of £17.50), but don’t forget to add line rental from the equivalent of £15.93 a month when pre-paid for 1 year (£17.70 as standard).
We should add that TalkTalk’s “Fibre Large” (up to 76Mbps) option has similarly been reduced to £13.75 per month for 18 months (£22.50 thereafter) and that a one-off connection fee of £50 applies to both packages. Lest we not also forget the usual £6.75 Router Delivery Charge. Apparently this new offer will be available to order until 1st October 2016.

Otherwise customers can expect to receive a free wireless router, HomeSafe Internet security and Parental Controls, free calls to other TalkTalk customers, unlimited Internet usage and the ISP also bundles in a “FREE” Mobile SIM that gives you 100 minutes, 250 texts and 200MB of data on a flexible 30 day rolling contract.
Various boosts and add-ons are also available. For example, you can add Anytime UK calls for +£5 extra per month or a premium TV service for +£7.50 per month.
