UK ISP Sky Broadband appears to have started the January 2019 Sales early by reducing the monthly cost of their Unlimited Sky Fibre Max (63Mbps average speed FTTC) broadband and phone bundle to just £27 for the first 18 months of service (£43.99 per month thereafter).
As usual the package includes unlimited usage, a wireless router (Sky Q Hub on FTTC), Sky Talk line rental, unlimited access to WiFi hotspots from The Cloud, Sky Shield (Parental Controls and Anti-Malware), Sky Talk Shield (nuisance call blocking) and email.
Take note that Sky has previously indicated to us that their new deals will also offer free unlimited anytime calls, although the website is unclear and only mentions “free unlimited calls with Sky Talk,” which could just as easily mean calls between existing Sky Talk users only. We are trying to get this clarified.
The new deals will be available to order until 25th January 2018.

Have they started the OR fttp packages yet?
No chance! Never will
Sky announced a deal with OR in sept to sell G.fast/Fttp packages.
I was with Sky Pro at my previous address but Sky doesn’t offer service here. BT has turned out to be good, to my surprise.
I just got 76Mbps Infinity Premium (that’s with 4G assure backup) from BT business on a 24 month contract for £27.50 per month and they also sent me a free Hub 6 to replace my Hub 5.
I was going to go with Vodafone business (I need the static IP) at £25.83 per month but now I don’t have the bother.
It seems like FTTC prices are heading downwards in general.
I can confirm the Free Calls is to all landlines and mobiles. I got my father to order Sky Q with Entertainment and Sky Fibre Max at £42 a month for 18 months with unlimited calls.
