Broadband ISP Virgin Media O2 Business UK (VMO2) has today announced that they’re including F-Secure’s internet security solution in all newly contracted “Voom Fibre Bundle” packages, free of charge for their small business customers.
The security suit includes all the usual features, such as protection from online malware (malicious software), banking protection and browsing protection for up to 15 devices. The service shall remain free until or unless your bundle service contract is either terminated or you decide to move to a broadband-only or voice-only product.
Just to be clear, customers taking a regular standalone “Voom” broadband package can NOT take this, but it does come included as standard on their bundles with either a phone line or mobile SIM. One catch is that this doesn’t extend to their entry-level 100Mbps bundle.

Key Features of F-Secure Internet Security
➤ Business Internet Security provides real-time, comprehensive antivirus protection for up to 15 devices, so small business customers can be assured that their work devices are safe against online threats. The solution shields data from harmful viruses, trojans, ransomware, spyware and infected email attachments, keeping hijackers at bay.
➤ Banking Protection ensures internet connection is secured, with every website checked upon entry. Applications and websites are automatically scanned for threats and blocked if necessary, preventing any external parties from hijacking the internet browsing session.
➤ Browsing Protection will block scam websites, and colour code search results, warning you of any suspicious websites before you enter them.
Chris Holmes, Director of SOHO at Virgin Media O2, said: “At Virgin Media O2, we are committed to providing our small business customers with the most value in our Voom Broadband bundles. With the ever-increasing threat of cyberattacks across businesses, we are proud to differentiate from market competitors to offer award-winning internet security from F-Secure at no extra charge for new Voom Fibre Bundle activations.”
