Customers of Zen Internet’s small business and residential focused “Fibre Broadband” (FTTC/P) packages in the UK will be pleased to know that the ISP has upgraded their standard router to the advanced FRITZ!Box 3490, which will now be included “free-of-charge” as part of the standard activation.

Consumer magazine Which? has published the results from their first 2017 reader survey of broadband ISP satisfaction, which saw Zen Internet retain the top “Recommended Provider” award for their broadband service. At the other end TalkTalk attracted the lowest level of customer satisfaction.

UK ISP Zen Internet has today kindly shared with us some data from their network, which reveals that Internet traffic across their platform for Christmas Day was down 20% compared to the usual Sunday average and their peak bandwidth was down over 23%.

Consumer magazine Which? has published the outcome from their latest H2 2016 reader survey of broadband ISP satisfaction, which for the 10th time has named Zen Internet the best of the bunch. Sadly the news isn’t so good for TalkTalk, which had the lowest customer satisfaction score of 37%.

Consumer magazine PC Pro has published the latest results from their annual PC Pro Awards 2016, which saw Zen Internet win the best broadband ISP gong and Plusnet secure the “Recommended” (runner-up) spot. Sadly it wasn’t such a good day for TalkTalk and EE.

UK ISP Zen Internet has surveyed more than 500 of their residential customers to discover how they rated the new ZyXEL VMG1312 router, which comes standard with Zen’s broadband services. Overall 70% rated the quality of the router as “good or excellent“, but WiFi performance could be better.
