We would like to take the opportunity to reassure you that as a Nildram customer this means no change to the services and support you receive at present. In fact Tiscali are proposing to include the Stoke Mandeville Support Centre in their plans for supporting all of Tiscali's business customers.

With over 1.9 million broadband customers and an unbundled local loop ("LLU") network covering over 800 BT exchanges, with another 200 in the pipeline, we have access to additional infrastructure and expertise to help us expand and improve our services. In addition, Tiscali's range of internet and entertainment services for the consumer market, new services recently launched for the SME market and wholesale channel portfolio, offer us the opportunity to look at further developing the service we can offer you in future.
