UK ISP
Nildram has issued a new newsletter aimed at reassuring customers that the providers services and support will not be changing, at least not
at present. The move follows Tiscali's recent acquisition of
Pipex and its related ISP's, which include
Nildram:
We would like to take the opportunity to reassure you that as a
Nildram customer this means no change to the services and support you receive at present. In fact Tiscali are proposing to include the Stoke Mandeville Support Centre in their plans for supporting all of Tiscali's business customers.
Going forward our focus will remain on providing business-strength broadband and communications services to our discerning consumers and small and medium sized business customers, as well as to our reseller partners. We will continue to offer the same high quality 24/7 technical support that you have been accustomed to.
We're delighted at the enthusiasm and encouragement we have received from Tiscali. Being part of Tiscali is great news for
Nildram. With over 1.9 million broadband customers and an unbundled local loop ("
LLU") network covering over 800 BT exchanges, with another 200 in the pipeline, we have access to additional infrastructure and expertise to help us expand and improve our services. In addition, Tiscali's range of internet and entertainment services for the consumer market, new services recently launched for the SME market and wholesale channel portfolio, offer us the opportunity to look at further developing the service we can offer you in future.
