BlueLeaf Internet has launched what appears to be an entry-level broadband ADSL service, which they're calling "Just Broadband". The provider has also introduced a 'hardware' leasing option to their broadband products (modems etc.):
The service allows low monthly fees and the ability to any ADSL hardware, modems, routers and even wireless gateways, to connect to an in capped service at your chosen speed.
As with out existing Broadband eXtra service launched in May, Just Broadband doesnt tie you in to a lengthy contract and allows you to switch providers on a months notice with no cancellations fees or migration charges.
Service specification
The Just Broadband services are available at speeds of 150k, 250k 500k and 1mb with a 2mb service launching soon. Prices start from £12.99 for Just Broadband 150 (150k) to £24.99 for Just Broadband 1000 (1mb). There are no download limits to restrictions and you can stay connected for as long as you wish without worrying about extra costs. A £55.00 connection fee is payable on commencement of your service however if you choose to order a modem, router or other networking hardware from us over the value of £55.00 connection is free (connection is at a discounted rate if your chosen hardware is under the value of £55.00).
Hardware leasing
For as little as £3.99 a month any BlueLeaf Internet broadband customer can now lease modems or routers and pay along with their monthly Broadband bill. Over the coming weeks we will be making some of our most popular hardware available to lease with any broadband service, currently our best selling USB Broadband modem, the ZyXEL Prestige 630-C1, is available for just £3.99 a month.
Standard lease terms for broadband hardware is 12 months, however there is a option to buy the hardware after 3, 6 and 12 months at a discounted rate which will release the customer from the lease.
