ISP Review's JARGON BUSTER

We've just launched a new 'Jargon Buster' section, which is designed to help those unfamiliar with common ISP related terminology to understand what it all means.
It's still early days and more work needs to be done, although hopefully the simple explanations will aid some visitors understanding.
Typically we welcome any suggestions for better (keeping it simple) descriptions and other jargon we could add. Hope it helps.
