Pipex Acquire Donhost (WWW Hosting)

UK ISP Pipex has acquired its second website hosting business in the shape of Donhost, an award-winning dedicated and shared hosting and domain name business:
Donhost is a web hosting business providing shared and dedicated servers, reseller solutions, domain name registration and Internet access to business and residential customers in the UK. Donhost has 92,000 end customers for hosting services and 120,000 domain names, which takes the total number of domain name registrations for the PIPEX group to over 1 million.
The announcement highlights PIPEXs position as a tier one communications and Internet service provider and follows its recently announced financial results, which saw turnover increase to £102.3 million, up from £35.2 million in 2003.
