EFHBroadband.com, the pioneers of £9.99 unlimited broadband, have today announced their new customer focused pricing structure, including a reduced setup fee, and 10 email accounts with Free virus and Spam filtering. In a rare move for an ISP, EFHBraodband.com consulted their users on their suggested new prices, and used that feedback to confirm the new deals.
New customers can now choose from unlimited 512Kbps, 1Mbps and 2Mbps services starting from just £15.99. For light users, there are range of bandwidth inclusive packages, all supplied at 2Mbps, also starting at only £15.99.
The pioneering ISP, who have built their reputation on great value pricing and excellent customer service, are very pleased with the response they have received. Consulting our existing users was a key part of the process for us said Duncan Pollard, a director of EFHBroadband.com. We confirmed that although price was obviously a key factor, level of support and service was also a fundamental requirement. As a company dedicated to offering both, we know that our packages continue to raise the levels of expectation for broadband users.
This announcement comes on the back of their partnership with Easynet for their LLU services, which EFHBroadband.com will be implementing in summer 2005. The current 2Mbps services will be run in conjunction with the LLU options, initially with up to 8Mbps connection.
