UK ISP Business Serve is re-branding itself to Legend Communications plc as part of a £50,000 makeover; the move follows a series of acquisitions (e.g. Vital Online) over previous years.
The provider feels that these acquisitions and their impact of its business model are enough to warrant a name change that helps to emphasise its improvements.
The new name is similar to that of 'Legend Internet', which it also acquired in 2003.
