Rogue Internet Dialler Fined £100K

Premium rate watchdog ICSTIS has fined Baba Communications Inc. £100K following 439 complaints that their unwanted Internet dialler software had hijacked consumers PC's:
Baba Communications Inc - based in the Republic of Panama - secretly installed its dialler software on consumers' PCs so that they racked up massive phone bills with calls costing £1.50 a minute.
