Virgin.net's ADSL Cancellation Fee

ADSLGuide notes that UK ISP Virgin.net has, for new customers at least, introduced a £50 cancellation fee should a customer cancel within the first 12 months of service (house moving exempt). Many see it as a cunning way to one day recoup 'free' activation fee promotions.
