Doncasters 24 Hour Broadband TV?

Doncaster.tv has stepped in to challenge Glasgow.tv's claim to be the first 24 hour broadband Internet TV station. The service has already been in operation for a full 18 months, but how does it stand up to Glasgow's attempt?
Having visited both sites ourselves, Doncaster.tv feels like a much more amateur attempt than Glasgow.tv and appears to be more a collection of video clips than a streaming TV channel.
So, to us at least, it's simply not comparable with what you might associate as being a true Internet TV channel. More @ UK-Bug.
