The Telecommunications Adjudicator (OTA), Peter Black, has published his monthly (October) report into local loop unbundling (
LLU). Unbundled lines now exceed 140,000, while the current rate of orders is greater than 4,000 per week.
So what of the problems with provisioning, which has helped to cause so many delays among broadband providers (
Bulldog, Be, UK Online etc.)? "
Signs of improvement are apparent; however it is too early to say we are on a sustainable trend."
