The Telecommunications Adjudicator, Peter Black, has issued his latest monthly (December'05) update on the progress of local loop unbundling (
LLU). The number of unbundled lines now exceeds 210,000, with new line orders rising above 5,000 per week.
Much of the update focuses on explaining the impact of BT's new Openreach division and its implementation, which is all rather dull and of little interest to most readers. Those brave enough to read the whole thing can do so here:
