Some ISP Review readers have pointed out that, despite yesterdays statement, a fair few Eclipse customers are still without connection. The ISP has since confirmed this.
Eclipse has generally been a beacon of stability in an otherwise unstable industry, so one lapse is unlikely to waiver support. Having said that, many are now critical of the ISP's poor explanation and communication.
Typically its how a service deals with problems when they occur that determines how theyre viewed.
