Tiscali Confirms HomeChoice Talks

ISP Tiscali UK has confirmed earlier reports, which suggested that the provider was in the midst of signing a deal to buy rival HomeChoice:
In a statement Tiscali said: Tiscali confirms that there are ongoing negotiations with Video Networks, company operating in the UK market under the brand Homechoice, regarding a possible agreement through its fully owned subsidiary Tiscali UK.
Tiscali will inform the market shortly of the outcome of the negotiations.
