Virgin.net Launch Online Help Tool

ISP Virgin.net has partnered with NTRglobal to offer its customers an interactive and UK-based online service to remotely diagnose and solve technical problems:

The new service is available free to Virgin.net customers at http://www.virgin.net/customers/contactus . Customers can chat to Technical Support agents online and once permission is granted the agents can remotely connect to the customers computer to solve a range of technical problems in real-time. The service enables customers to simply sit back and relax as they watch their problem being resolved for them.

Virgin.net Sales and Marketing Director, Cristel Lee Leed commented: “Good customer service is what people want from an Internet provider and brilliant customer service is what they expect from Virgin – we’re always looking for ways to improve things, Online remote support is a new and innovative service that our customers love!

“Over 90% of customers that used the new service felt that they’d positively benefited and 95% said that they’d use it again.
