ISP Virgin.net has partnered with NTRglobal to offer its customers an interactive and UK-based online service to remotely diagnose and solve technical problems:
The new service is available free to Virgin.net customers at http://www.virgin.net/customers/contactus . Customers can chat to Technical Support agents online and once permission is granted the agents can remotely connect to the customers computer to solve a range of technical problems in real-time. The service enables customers to simply sit back and relax as they watch their problem being resolved for them.
