Pipex Signs C&W Broadband Deal

Cable & Wireless has reportedly signed a new wholesale agreement with UK ISP Pipex, which will be worth more than £250m over a five year period. Details are scarce, although the contract is to supply Pipex with their unbundled local loop (LLU) access network. Pipex has also acquired Bulldog's (C&W's former ISP) residential and small business broadband customer base for £12m.
