186k To Buy Real Poptel ISP?

Sources have indicated to us that the Leeds based UK ISP 186k Ltd. has agreed to buy Real Poptel. In 2004 Poptel was restructured and the ISP business moved to a new company called Real Poptel Limited.
The Real Poptel site explains the company best:
