UK ISP Biscit has today announced the ceasing of all minimum contract terms on its residential broadband packages and bundles:
he changes to its standard trading conditions take effect from September 1, 2006 and applies to new residential orders.
Hugh Paterson, Biscit's CEO, comments: "For some years, Biscit has had one of the lowest churn rates in the industry due to the quality of its network infrastructure and customer support. We expect this to continue and therefore see no reason to continue imposing contract periods on customers."http://www.biscit.net .
