UPDATED: Fast4's Offer to Save Ex-Biscit Users

Posted: 15th Mar, 2007 By: MarkJ
UPDATE: Some Biscit customers may still be able to get a MAC, check the bottom of this post. Fast4 has followed Supanet by announcing its own set of special packages for any ex-Biscit (V21) customers wishing to migrate on to their platform:

Ex owner of strangled company V21.co.uk Steve Kaye has today announced a rescue package for the several thousands of customers left with either no internet access or the prospect of higher priced access.

For any customers that wish to join the now thousands of very happy Fast4 subscribers we have today released a special price for those caught up in the mess of the Biscit Internet take over fiasco.

Broadband Customers :

No cost to move over.
Up to 8 mg with no limits or restrictions
5 unique email address’s
Only £15.95 a month

We are so confident that you will want to stay that we will give you 2 weeks FREE just to try our service.

Dial up Customers :

No cost to move over.
Unlimited dial up access via a Free phone number
5 unique email address’s
All for only £7.99 a month

We are so sure you will love it we will give you 2 weeks FREE access just to try it.

To sign up for any of these offers, simply call our customer service staff on 0871 424 0185. Terms and conditions apply, see the website http://www.fast4.net.

Typically such promotions are somewhat difficult while related broadband users are unable to gain a migration code (MAC).

UPDATE: According to Steve Kaye, some Biscit customers on the NON-EurISP/Your Telecom (MAXSURF) part of the network may be able to receive a migration code from BT directly:

Tags online Team (BT) 0800 169 0934 then key option 1.

By the looks of it Biscit has blocked there broadband customers accessing our website [Fast4] via there connections.

So far the results have been good; although EurISP based Biscit users aren't so lucky. More here.
