Typically such promotions are somewhat difficult while related broadband users are unable to gain a migration code (MAC).
UPDATE: According to Steve Kaye, some Biscit customers on the
NON-EurISP/Your Telecom (MAXSURF) part of the network may be able to receive a migration code from BT directly:

By the looks of it Biscit has blocked there broadband customers accessing our website [Fast4] via there connections.
So far the results have been good; although EurISP based Biscit users aren't so lucky. More
