Small budget ISP
Fast4.net has today reported passing the 3,000 customer mark after effectively restarting several short months ago:
Fast 4 have today passed the 3000 customer mark and are celebrating by doing NOTHING !
We have pledged in the past that we do not have any restrictions, capping or limitations on our broadband or dial up service and thats the way its going to stay.
[Steve Kaye, Director of Fast4] said We have had customers join us that were paying over £25 a month for the exact same service we offer for under £16. Customers are slowly realising that most ISPs all retail the exact same product from BT Wholesale. We simply badge it differently, why would you want to pay over £120 a year more than your next door neighbour is paying for the same product?
Things havent been completely plain sailing though, with some users recently reporting the occasional speed and website (DNS) connection issue.
