Be Unlimited is to bundle a free Thomson SpeedTouch 716g wireless router with every one of its 24Mbps broadband ADSL2+ packages:
The Be Box can be used to connect multiple computers, games consoles and standard telephony devices and features a four-port 10/100 Mb/s Ethernet switch, 802.11 b/g wireless LAN, two VoIP telephone ports and supports ADSL2+. The Be Box allows the seamless use of multiple high-bandwidth applications together with high-quality Voice over IP functionality.
Combining the forthcoming super-speed broadband service from Be and Thomsons SpeedTouch 716g is a very exciting proposition for the UK market. The 716g is packed with a multitude of features, including two ports for connecting existing analogue telephones to new VoIP services, that will allow customers to get the maximum value from Bes 24 meg broadband service, said Andrew Susans, Area Director, UK & Ireland at Thomson.
