Mailbox Internet has launched two new broadband ADSL tools, including a voice line availability checker (0870 833 5155 - national rate) and self diagnostics system.
Unlike the availability checker, Mailbox's self-diagnostic tool is for customers only. The tool asks users a number of questions aimed at helping to identify any potential problems on the broadband connection/line.
