Rumour: Fast24 Price Cuts?

One of our readers (Scott) reports to have received a response from ISP Fast24 when querying the providers broadband prices. The reply, if true, appears to hint at imminent changes:
We are currently reviewing our pricing structure and should have new prices in place by the end of the month.
