The 2006 ISPAs will be made up of two divisions; the ISP division and the Special Awards division.
The ISPAs retains its position as THE UK Internet Industry Awards by changing and evolving to reflect the dynamic industry it serves.
The 2006 ISPAs features six broadband categories and introduces three new award categories. Namely;

Best Streaming Service.
Jessica Hendrie-Liaño, Chair of the ISPA Council said, The ISPAs celebrate outstanding performance and service from ISPs across the Internet industry. It is a superb opportunity for consumers to see which services perform best under the scrutiny of the independent monitoring and judging process.
Epitiro will analyse, monitor and test entrants in the ISP Division on criteria including connection time, connection speed, upload and download speed, and DNS time.
