Having already changed from Freeserve, parent operator France Telecom is to once again re-brand UK ISP
Wanadoo to a new name - Orange:
For FT, it means that the mobile phone outfit will become the umbrella brand for all mobile, broadband and other converged telecoms services.
As services continue to converge, it means that punters will be able to get their mobile, broadband, video-on-demand and fixed line services all from the same company charged on the same bill. The change will take place sometime next year (2006) and will no doubt bring with it all the confusion and questions that preceded the previous change. Customer confusion is expected. More @
