UK ISP Ace Internet (Mistral) has announced that its broadband ADSL customers are to be switched onto a new wholesale provider. It's known that some customers had been complaining about poor speeds and deteriorating customer support quality:
All ADSL customers should have received an email this afternoon outlining the process. We anticipate little disruption to users, and further updates will appear here over the next few days. We thank you in advance for your patience, and would like to assure you that we are commited to supply all our customers with a first class service.
Hopefully the new wholesaler may help to improve service quality, although we're uncertain which provider Ace has chosen to adopt. One of our readers (Mel) has started a new topic about it on the forum
here.
