UK satellite TV giant BSkyB and ISP Tiscali have finally agreed a new '
basic channels' sharing agreement. The deal means that customers of Tiscali's broadband Internet TV (IPTV) service will now also have access to channels such as SkyOne.
The news follows on from similar reports last month and will see Tiscali placing itself in a more competitive stance against rival
Virgin Media, which recently lost the same channels after negotiations with Sky broke down.
