Pipex Boss Floats Private Equity Talks Future

Pipex's executive chairman, Peter Dubens, has stated that the ISP's remaining website hosting, WiMAX and business services will be wound up in "the next few months". Dubens was speaking shortly after having floated a £100m private equity group on the Alternative Investment Market.
The groups broadband customers were recently sold onto rival Tiscali for £210m, which is now awaiting final approval from the usual regulatory officials.
