Glow Calls In The Administrators

Customers of Glow Telecom (e-Telecom), the group behind Evesham's ISP service, have been reporting all sorts of connection problems over the past few days. Weve seen some conflicting reports, yet it would appear as if Glow is in administration:

Appointment of administrator
The company announces that the board of directors appointed an administrator to the company on 15th November for the purpose of attempting to secure the survival of the company and the whole or any part of its undertakings as a going concern.
The administrator appointed was W A Batty of insolvency practitioners Antony Batty & Company.

It's still not clear if the problems are directly related, however some users have reported having their access restored.
