BT has published its third quarter and nine month results to December 31st, 2004. During this period it racked up 4.1m broadband connections and is expecting to achieve 5m a year ahead of its target in the spring.
BT Retail's own ISP's didn't do so badly either, topping 1,491,000 connections for the period. Net additions of 208,000 were a 26% share of the xDSL market additions. Broadband turnover grew by 79% to £145 million.
Typically BT Retail doesn't mention its dialup subscriber base, which is a pity as there's still a significant number of users to be found there.
