Firenet Launch Starter 150Kbps Service
By: MarkJ - 27 January, 2005 (9:12 AM)

Firenet is aiming to improve the 'value' end of its ISP through today’s introduction of an uncapped entry-level 150Kbps service for just £15.99 per month:

Like all Firenet Broadband services, there are no download limits or restrictions and support is UK based with calls charged at BT's national call rate. All our broadband services have only a three month minimum term and now include FREE Mail Hosting services.

So if you have your own domain registered, don't settle for basic email forwarding, we will host your email services for the duration of your broadband account. This includes our excellent anti-spam and anti-virus protection, which you will have complete control over, on all accounts on your domain. There are no limits to the number of unique email accounts you can have and no limits to mailbox size.

If you don't have your own domain, not to worry. By simply extending the minimum term to just 6 months, we will register your choice of UK domain for FREE, which can then be used for your email.

Existing customers can also take advantage of this offer once they have completed the minimum term of their current service contract. If you are a Firenet broadband customer and you already have a domain, we will provide full email hosting for FREE.

If you do not have a domain and you do wish to take advantage of our FREE UK domain offer, simply let us know that you accept the extended 6 month minimum term on your existing service, and we will register your choice of domain for your email service.

All services have a 50:1 contention and have no download restrictions. Prices are as follows:

150k for £15.99 per month
256k for £18.49 per month
512k for £19.99 per month
1024k for £26.99 per month
2048k for £42.99 per month
