ISP Fusion Media Networks has announced a free migration program for all clients ordering the Max (up to 8Mbps ADSL) service online (previous migration cost £20 plus VAT):
Fusions Business Manager, Glenn Flowers, said, Weve had an amazing response since the launch of the Max product that is moving us more and more into the residential marketplace.
As one of the very few ISPs offering fully uncapped broadband with no usage policy to home customers, weve listened to clients responses about the migration process and have streamlined the procedure accordingly.
Online migration is extremely straightforward for both our customers and Fusion, and making the process free of charge is the logical step to improve the customer experience even further.
Fusion havent forgotten their existing Max clients either, and are simultaneously launching a referral scheme where existing clients will receive £10 credit for every Fusion Max customer they refer that signs up to the service. New customers will be able to opt in to the referral scheme when they place their online order and existing customers can register by emailing their username and the subject Max Cashback to sales@fmn.uk.netThose wanting to take Fusion up on its free migration offer can do so here:
