Bulldog Boosts Business Packages

Bulldog has launched two new business broadband packages. Both have been designed in response to a study of 200 small businesses that suggested they still had trouble finding the right package and supplier:
Key points include:
* 69% buy their broadband internet and phone services from separate suppliers and only 8% would not consider buying these services from the same supplier.
* 45% say they could grow their businesses faster if they could gain access to the latest communications technologies, at the right price, with the right customer support.
* 52% would like a 7/24 customer support option and 9% would pay a premium for this.
* 61% have held back buying more phone lines because the costs were too high.
* 63% think their voice supplier does not understand their business or just pretends to - 68% feel the same way about their broadband supplier.

Bulldog Small Business costs £39 per month with a 12 month contract, inclusive of:
- Unlimited downloads at up to 8Mbp/s
- Unlimited uploads at up to 512Kbp/s

- 2nd line costs £10 / month and a 3rd line an additional - £7 / month (compared with BTs £13.72 per line per month).

- No limits on your data usage
- 8 static IP addresses included
- 3 to 8 phone lines
- ISDN phone system compatible
- Keep current BT phone numbers
- All 60 minute national calls capped at 3p
- 60 minute calls to most mobiles capped at 25p
- 10p cap on 60 minute calls to W Europe & USA
- No call set-up fees or minimum call charge
- No minimum spend commitment
- DDI number ranges available

- 2 Mbps or 1 Mbps SDSL connection
- 1:1 contention ratio
- No limits on your data usage
- 8 static IP addresses included
- Preconfigured SDSL router available
- Symmetric data transfer
- On site installation available at request (currently only in central London)
- A contended service is also available from £160 per month
