Demon's Overdue Accounts - Update

Demon has investigated earlier reports (HERE) that more than one of its broadband customers may have been receiving a service without being billed. The ISP has now confirmed the situation and is seeking to solve it, despite claiming the original problem to be an isolated case. Users with such problems are asked to mail THIS address.
