Telecomplete, a Manchester based ISP and
VoIP operator, seems to have finally caught up with the rest of the industry and launched an online ordering system. Not exactly big news, but..:
The new online ordering system will allow business and residential customers to place orders for ADSL services (new connections and migrations), equipment and additional services such as firewalls. The in-house designed system has been rigorously tested and is part of Telecompletes continued investment in our technical knowledge base, online presence and commitment to our customers.
Telecomplete will also be shortly releasing the online system to its Channel Partners as part of their white labelled solution for Resellers. This will be an invaluable tool for all Resellers looking to add online broadband ordering to their online collateral.
In a marketplace inundated with increasingly complex terminology and sales messages, the Telecomplete ordering system is refreshingly intuitive, easy to use and is guaranteed to take the hassle and confusion out of ordering broadband services that meet a users requirements perfectly. The ordering system compliments Telecompletes established no hidden extras policy.
