Standard Internet & Broadband Terms Still Confuse

According to Aamir Baloch, director at firsthelpline.com, confusion over common Internet and broadband terms continues to deter new subscribers with 42% of the UK households expressing such a position:
Naturally Mr Baloch has since setup his own broadband comparison page, which pushes visitors through a questionnaire designed to determine the best options.
Not unlike uswitch.com and others, the actual list of ISP's is quite small, but does at least include some smaller and medium sized providers like Eclipse, albeit not many. More @ Web-User.
"Almost half of the population do not understand the most elemental concepts, such as connection speed," said Aamir Baloch.
