Don't expect Tiscali to be sold in July, in fact there's a good chance that it won't complete next month either. The provider has denied reports that it will conclude the sale of its business by the middle of August, hinting at a somewhat longer than originally anticipated process.

The troubled ISP took a serious knock in June after Vodafone withdrew its bid, leaving its sale process in a state of disarray. Tiscali had originally intended to complete the process by the end of last month. It's unlikely that the provider will get another Vodafone style bid anytime soon, so it may have to settle for less.
