T-Mobile has opted to take a much more aggressive direction during the recession by allocating over £115m to fund its new marketing campaign. The promotions will tout SIM-only services, the capabilities of Smartphones and put a lot of effort into selling its newer
Mobile Broadband (
HSPA) services.
The spend is 15% more than the £100m
T-Mobile allocated to marketing last year and is unusual in a time when most businesses are tightening their purse strings.
