Virgin Mobile and T-Mobile have won praise in the latest Mobile Broadband survey carried out by the Which? consumer magazine. Virgin came top for mobile usability, tied with O2 on customer service and was also the easiest to set-up.

By comparison T-Mobile were found to be the fastest Mobile Broadband operator, with Three (3) being the slowest. Elsewhere Vodafone was the most complicated of the bunch to set-up, which is similar to an issue we had with them in our recent 'How to Use Mobile Broadband' article.

The results support the latest findings from a YouGov survey earlier this week, which placed T-Mobile top in 9 out of 13 Mobile Broadband categories (news). Vodafone appears to have lost some of its lead in performance.
