T-Mobile UK has announced that its
Mobile Broadband Share Dock, the router-like device that lets customers share their mobile Internet connection with others, is now available in-store; available free on an 18 month £20
Mobile Broadband tariff (3GB fair use allowance):
Richard Warmsley, Head of Internet and Entertainment at
T-Mobile UK, said
Mobile Broadband has experienced huge growth across the market. And as its popularity grows, we engage with our customers to continually improve and provide them with exactly the service they want. One of the key insights that came back from users was the desire to share the connection with friends and relatives. The Share Dock makes this a reality in a straight forward and simple way.
T-Mobile recommends that its Share Dock is used by up to three users at a time and has also secured it with a password, preventing
Wi-Fi thieves from connecting to and disrupting the service.
