Ofcom Extends Broadband Migration Enforcement Programme

Ofcom has announced the extension of its broadband migrations (General Condition 22 - GC22) enforcement programme by a further six months, which aims to ensure that customers can switch between broadband ISPs quickly and easily:

The general improvement in complaints figures reflected in our last update on this case has been maintained in the past three months, however we are continuing to actively monitor these complaints figures and some other areas where improvements may be required.
