Though it doesn't say anything that we haven't already covered on more than one occasion, the BBC's Breakfast morning show has quizzed BT's Emma Sanderson about its recently reported secret Phorm trials (related news).
Naturally Sanderson denies that BT has done anything wrong or illegal on more than one occasion, though it fails to explain why they believe the trials were legal, especially when many others say otherwise:
