BT Yahoo! ADSL Users Billed Twice

It's being reported that between 3,000 and 4,000 of BT Yahoo!s broadband customers have been billed twice for their August 2004 access following an error at the billing company:
BT is still investigating what went wrong but has given assurances that the matter is being looked into and will be resolved. A spokeswoman for the ISP said that between 3,000 and 4,000 have been wrongly billed.
Although details are still sketchy, it's thought that the problem could have hit those punters upgrading from a 512k service to a 1Mb.
