Tiscali ISP To Offer Movie Downloads

Tiscali has partnered with CinemaNow to utilise its video-on-demand (VOD) distribution technology for offering movie downloads to its broadband customers in the UK, Germany and Italy:
The firm has licensed its PatchBay technology to manage part of Tiscalis on-demand services, including digital and territorial rights protection, user profiling, pay-per-view and subscription services.
PatchBay uses Microsofts Digital Rights Management solution and is integrated with Microsofts Windows Media 10 Series.
