Despite their recent problems,
Bulldog has still managed to continue its inventive streak by including a telephony service into its LLU based broadband ADSL packages:
Both packages include the standard Bulldog 4Mbps internet connection, but punters can now choose the phone service they require.
Bulldog Super@ctive, which costs £52per month, means that you'll get all calls to UK landline numbers for free.
Bulldog Inter@ctive, at £40per month, you'll get UK landline calls on a pay-as-you-go basis at the same rates as BT's Option 1 price plan, but without any minimum charge. It's noted that the 4Mbps package cost just £30 per month before the change, which compares with £40 on the Inter@ctive option (+£10 for telephony). They're also offering a 50% discount on connection and 3 months rental if signing up before the end of this month.
Typically the service can only be used if you're within range of
Bulldog's 38 central London exchanges. More @
